A pioneer in online qualitative research, Steve is considered a thought leader in the market research industry. He regularly teaches workshops for ESOMAR, and has presented for the Market Research Association, the American Marketing Association and the International Institute of Research. Prior to founding Revelation, Steve served as a principal for research consulting agency KDA Research, where he was responsible for business development and research, helping the company to triple revenue in three years.
John Griffiths, Spring Research May 22, 2012
John has spent more than 25 years as a researcher and planner. As planning director of MHA direct marketing and Grey Integrated he developed numerous through the line campaigns. Since 2000 he ran his own research consultancy Planning Above and Beyond working with clients such as New Look, Tesco and IHG hotels. During which time he won the MRS prize for Best New Thinking twice in 2004 and 2010. He won Best Workshop of 2011 the first time the award has been given.
John is responsible for product development at Spring as well as consulting on research projects.
