I set up Shopper Insight back in in 2011 to focus on providing expertise in this growing area. I have been hired by various companies both client and agency side in both the UK and abroad to provide them with insight and strategic planning across a wide range of brands and categories from FMCG, alcohol, fast food and cosmetics to banking, gaming and even car parts!
I previously headed up European Shopper Planning in a full time capacity at Britvic and Kimberly-Clark for the previous 5 years. Prior to that, I worked on Transatlantic and European Brand/Market Planning at KC for 8 years on brands such as Andrex, Huggies and Kleenex. I was also Lead Creativity trainer having reached Creative Goddess status.
