She is known for taking a creative approach to answering research objectives, offering insightful analysis, and delivering results and recommendations in a clear and visually appealing format. She works with companies of all sizes to derive insights from data that enable better decision making.
Shelly honed her research skills with Ducker Worldwide, Research International, Ipsos, and Vision Critical before founding Creative Insight Services in 2013. She studied marketing and art history at Texas Christian University and has spent all of her professional life in the San Francisco Bay area.
