In total Phil has over 20 years experience in the world of consumer insights and marketing research. Prior to joining Winkle Phil spent 5 years at Reckitt Benckiser: as a global category research director he was responsible for global research across both the fabric-care (Vanish, Woolite, Calgon) and home-care (Air Wick, Mortein) categories. Previously he was at SC Johnson, leading market research on the furniture & floor category at a regional level for 2 years. Phil also has 10 years prior experience in agency/supplier side roles at MMR, BMRB and TNS. Phil has long been fascinated by the study of human behaviour and is an honours graduate in Psychology from the University of Hull. When he is not working Phil will most likely be found either walking (or running) in the Chilterns with his dogs (and perhaps also his wife and son), discovering new music, or enjoying his garden.
