An introduction to communicating the story in the data

In this two-hour course, you will be given a straightforward method for communicating stories that lead to action. This session utilises Ray Poynter’s ‘Think, Feel, Do!’ model to link the facts from your project to the needs of the audience. This model acknowledges that people need to ‘feel’ that the story you are telling them is correct and ‘feel’ that the recommendations are right if they are going to adopt them.

This course provides a useful reminder/introduction to the key statistics that we use in the world of insights and market research. In this 90-minute session, we will start with the basics such as means, median, distribution and the types of scales we use.
