In this two-hour course, you will be given a straightforward method for communicating stories that lead to action. This session utilises Ray Poynter’s ‘Think, Feel, Do!’ model to link the facts from your project to the needs of the audience. This model acknowledges that people need to ‘feel’ that the story you are telling them is correct and ‘feel’ that the recommendations are right if they are going to adopt them.
The course is packed with practical tips and advice that you will be able to employ in your presentations, reports and debriefs.
