Biography

Andreea is a CX marketing specialist with over 10 years’ experience in consumer needs, customer journeys and pain points. She is also consulting on integrated Customer Journey and Voice of the Customer programs and facilitates courses and workshops for other marketing professionals on CX as a tool for business transformation.

She is a strong advocate of customer-centric organizational culture, retention programs and using the right CX metrics, and is hoping for everyone to catch the customer obsession bug, but paired with the right implementation and management that makes is sustainable.
