I head up the Communications Research practice for TNS globally, spanning everything from creative development, to media evaluation, to touchpoint optimisation.
I love working daily with such talented and amazing people across the globe. The mix of strategic focus with an eye to the future needs of a fast changing communications industry, as well as the commercial focus to build a successful Communications practice with the tools we have today, keeps me stimulated and stretched (in a good way!).
Speaking regularly at conferences and events, particularly on digital and social media is an honour. And I value the great relationships with clients and colleagues alike built up over many years specialising in communications and brand research.
A personal highlight was 5 years based in Hong Kong, which gave me a lasting love of Asia and a taste for great Chinese food!
