Bethan Turner

Biography

Bethan Turner is a Research Manager at Mustard Research. Bethan started her career at Lancaster University where she studied for a BSc in Mathematics and an MRes in Statistics and Operational Research. Studying statistics alongside research during her masters made her curious about the different ways in which statistics could be used to analyse people’s thoughts and opinions. She has been in market research for approximately 5 years, the majority of which she has spent at Mustard Research.

During her time at Mustard she has been developing her skills in using statistics in a real world environment, and learning how to analyse qual and quant data alongside each other. She has led on several projects with statistical elements for clients such as Astra Zeneca and MBNA and is always looking for ways to improve the offer available – both in terms of the technical design and analysis, and also in terms of ensuring results are commercially viable and useful for clients.
