Starting his career in technology in London, he progressed through innovation-focused roles at New Zealand Telecom and American Express in Singapore before transitioning to market research, where he led technology innovation. At Hello Ara, David is dedicated to advancing interactive AI agents designed for seamless human interaction and insightful analysis. He is also focused on developing immersive research modules and conversational AI experiences that redefine how brands engage with audiences and gather actionable insights.
