Denyse Drummond-Dunn
C3Centricity SwitzerlandBiography
Denyse founded C3Centricity because she saw too many organisations struggling to put their Customers, Consumers, Clients (C3) first.
She’s a new-age global marketer, combining creativity with technical expertise & cultural sensitivity to deliver true customer understanding and engagement.
Denyse has over 30 years’ experience in senior management roles in major global companies. Her career includes Global Head & VP Consumer Excellence for Nestlé, Head of Market Research & Marketing Services for Philip Morris International and Regional Head of Market Research at Gillette (P&G).
She has spoken to customers in over 100 countries around the world and knows what it takes to develop a profitable business within any cultural constraints.
Denyse’s book “Winning Customer Centricity: Putting Customers at the Heart of Your Business – One Day at a Time” was called a “must-read for today’s and tomorrow’s marketeers” by none other than Paul Polman, CEO of Unilever.
She is an avid blogger on both her own site C3Centricity.com and invited guest blogger on many other popular websites. She was recently voted one of the top 5 bloggers of 2016 on CustomerThink for the topics of Digital Marketing and Customer Loyalty.
Denyse holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Loughborough University in the UK and diplomas in organisational leadership and innovation from IMD in Switzerland and the LBS in London. When she’s not flying around the world for her clients, she can be found in the air (she’s a pilot), under the sea (she’s a Divemaster) or in front of a screen (she’s a Geek too!)
