Biography

Co-founder of Think Global Qualitative and founder of IKM.
I specialize in international qualitative research as a facilitator and business consultant.
Being bilingual in English and German, and fluent in French and Spanish, with basic knowledge in Italian, I provide consulting services Europeanwide. Often I collaborate with native speaking moderators in other European countries providing a summary report in English to my clients. For 25 years I have gained extensive experience with b2b and medical research, as well as with many other research topics. Research methodologies include focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnography and usability testing and communications with respondents include face-to-face, online and mobile.
