Leanne Khor

Biography

Leanne has been with Potentiate for the past 6 years and has been working in the market research industry for close to 10 years. Her experience has resulted in a strong analytical understanding of data and a passion for integration of data visualisation and technologically driven smarts. Her career to date has spanned a breadth of industries, which include research projects for media agencies in Asia-Pacific, financial institutions and most recently managing customer experience programs for leading brands in Australia. Part of her career highlights to date include designing and setting up a Reporting Portal for the NSW Health Patient Experience project. All her experience has developed into key passions for understanding customer behaviour and drivers of satisfaction.
