LIUBOV RUCHINSKAYA
a top voice in insights & data intelligence industry, in feb 2024 she joined Diageo as a Head of Strategy, Analytics and Consumer Planning in Northen Europe Hub.

Prior to joining Diageo, she has various leadership and global roles in organizations such as Colgate-Palmolive, Electrolux working and living in 6 different geographies across the globe.

Outside of the corporate world, she is a serial entrepreneur and consultant – co-founded Insights Lighthouse – community of Global Business Growth Executives, volunteering to support people with disabilities in Switzerland with another Swiss unicorn Toysforplanet, the board chair in key research associations – Merlien and ESOMAR.

She is advocating for closing gender gap being part of 100Women@Davos.

She has Ph.D. in Data Science and an MBA from California State University-Hayward.
