May Ling has over 15 years of experience in Market Research. Using her extensive experience spans across both full service and syndicated research with expertise in U&A studies, Concept testing and Brand health studies, May Ling leads Modern Survey Design recommendations and development for the Kantar Profiles division in Asia. Specialising in Mobile Optimsation, Gamification techniques and AI Application, she has also managed Global and Regional large-scale projects across various industries in FMCG, Technology, Beauty and Fashion, financial, optical and many others. May Ling has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and is also part of the Kantar Inclusion and Diversity Steering Committee.
