Biography

Steve is the UK Managing Director of Engagement Labs. He oversees Engagement Labs’ operations in Europe, including TotalSocial – the world’s first measurement solution that integrates brand social performance across all consumer conversations – online, offline, private, public.

Steve has widespread experience in researching the issues of brand and media buzz, advocacy, and social influence from all angles. He is acknowledged as a leader in the holistic measurement of brand amplification, and a regular speaker at industry events and conferences.
