Tom has been the Director of ICM Unlimited’s innovation and digital practice for over four years and is responsible for new research methodologies within the business. At ICM Unlimited Tom has worked with some of the UK’s best known brands including Aviva, Argos, BBC, BBC Trust, BT, EMAP, DirectGov, Sainsbury’s, Three and Vodafone.
