Akiko Hoshi



Akiko is a senior analyst at INTAGE and has more than 15 years of experience in market research. Akiko started her career as a market researcher at Synovate and specialized in international studies for Japanese clients who intended to enter emerging markets. Since joining INTAGE in 2014, she has developed more than a dozen research solutions, such as capturing customer journeys using smartphones, qualitative approaches employing cognitive interviews, workshops that employ graphic facilitation and design thinking, to name just three. She started her collaboration with Tomoko-san, her co-presenter, in 2015 and together they enjoy challenges, seeking to develop new and inspiring approaches to explore consumers’ mind.
