With more than two decades of experience working with interactive technologies and applying them to help clients better grasp their audience’s opinions and perceptions, Eric runs the day-to-day operations at Dialsmith. Eric oversees client services for domestic and global research studies, with a focus on in-person and online dial testing technologies and services. Specializing in study design and execution, Eric has traveled around the world to work in-person with clients on all types of studies—from relative simple to highly-customized that reach very targeted respondents—for some of the world’s largest and most respected organizations and brands. Eric’s experience spans research around advertising, television, speeches, debates, litigation, CPG, healthcare, financial services, and much more. Originally from Wisconsin, Eric is a huge Green Bay Packers’ fan and a master of barbecue beef tenderloin.
