Heval is the Global Experience Insight Director at MESH Experience, and has over 15 years of international market research experience with a core specialism in brand and communications tracking studies. She stumbled upon market research world as an interviewer at Nielsen in Istanbul and advanced her career at GfK, Millward Brown and SPA FT. Heval has worked across a diverse industry base and hybrid research methodologies, involving qual & quant, F2F, telephone, online and mobile data collection techniques.
She joined MESH Experience in 2009 and has worked on a broad spectrum of accounts at regional and global levels. She has pioneered in uncovering real-time consumer insights focusing on 360 brand touchpoints from TV advertising to word of mouth to social media.
She studied geological engineering and has a master’s degree in marketing.
