Kendra began her career in research in 2003 at Procter & Gamble, where she led projects across Ethnic, Shopper, and Beauty Care. She has further honed her research capability with professional experiences at Michelin, NA, a tire manufacturer, and Crescent Communities, a real estate developer. This experience has shaped Kendra’s passion to deliver actionable and impactful insights to influence decision making and drive business results. Kendra actively seeks ways to add to the body of knowledge for the business through absorbing and synthesizing insights and data over time.
She is the current Head of Customer Strategy & Insights at Dropbox, Inc. where she leads a customer and market research team focused on identifying, sizing, and in-depth understanding of the global markets where Dropbox operates.
