Biography

Ranked as one of the top 100 sales and marketing experts to follow on Twitter, Kristin Luck is a serial entrepreneur and a globetrotting keynote speaker on technology and innovation. She’s a futurist and growth strategist, specializing in nontraditional marketing and branding strategies, and is a regular contributor to both the commercial (Fast Company, Forbes) and academic press (Research World, Journal of Brand Strategy) where she explores emerging marketing and research methods.

Her experience driving companies to exponential growth and, ultimately an acquisition event, is unparalleled in the marketing measurement industry.

Kristin was one of the original pioneers of the multi-media online research business when she joined ACNielsen in 1998 to develop proprietary capabilities for testing multi-media materials securely online. Kristin jumped ship from ACNielsen to co-found OTX (Online Testing Exchange) in 2000, where she drove strategy and operations. OTX was named the fastest growing research company in the world in 2002 & 2003 and was acquired in January 2004 by Zelnick Media & Pilot Group for $30MM and again, in January 2010 by Ipsos for $65MM.

Kristin left OTX post-acquisition to start Forefront Consulting Group, a research technology consulting firm, which was acquired by Decipher in 2007. As President & CMO of Decipher, Kristin drove sales and marketing, achieving double digit growth annually from 2007-2014. Decipher was acquired by FocusVision Worldwide in 2014.
