Director of Group Brand & Customer Experience Research – Orange
Russell started his research journey and learnt his trade at an agency until a move client-side in the form of travel and airline specialists OAG presented itself. He worked as Global Head of Research there for a number of years before moving to newly formed dial-up (yes dial-up!) Internet Service Provider, Freeserve. 17 years and a purchase by France Telecom later and via Wanadoo, Orange UK and Orange Group, he is now Director of Brand & Customer Experience Research looking after tracking, communications and other related activities. In this strategic role he contributes to the continued health of an iconic brand, bringing an understanding of consumer attitudes, needs and behaviours from across the 30+ country footprint of Orange.
