Live online course
APAC and Atlantic time zone sessions

Make insights clear, compelling and actionable

A strong insight can still fail if it is not communicated in a way that people can understand, remember and act on.

In this practical course, participants will learn how to use generative AI as an editor, challenger and rehearsal partner—while keeping the researcher’s judgement and voice firmly at the centre.

Participants will turn a raw finding or insight into an audience-specific narrative, choose the right structure, sharpen the message, anticipate objections and adapt the story for a presentation, report or conversation.

Participants will learn to

  • Identify the audience, decision and action their story must serve
  • Build a simple, persuasive narrative from an insight
  • Use AI to generate alternatives, rather than generic final copy
  • Pressure-test clarity, credibility, tone and likely objections
  • Create versions of the same story for different stakeholders and formats
  • Keep AI output accurate, human and recognisably their own
