Andrew Jeavons is a psychologist turned research technologist. After training in psychology, he spent several decades building survey and research software across the USA, Australia and Europe, with companies including Quantime, Nebu and QuestionPro. As a co-founder of Signoi, he built one of the first commercial AI persona platforms, grounding synthetic personas in personality psychology and cognitive science. He now runs Mass Cognition, developing AI personas and the engineering tools used to build and validate them.
