Emma is a keen storyteller and joiner of dots, focusing on finding the story in the data, and uncovering the drivers of consumer behaviour. With experience across both quantitative and qualitative research, she has delivered insights across a variety of sectors including FMCG, Retail, Financial Services and Travel across the UK and Australia.

In her current clientside role as Consumer Insights Manager, she leads insight delivery which supports the needs of the domestic market, working with Brand, Category and Agency partners, to drive the understanding and adoption of insights across the business. Emma is a strong believer in integrated and actionable insights, a QPR accredited member of AMSRS and an advocate of Women in Research (WiRE).
