Heather is a research technology strategist with 8 years experience in the market research industry. She has spent half her career working in North America and half her career working in the UK, specialising in online and mobile qualitative research methods.
Previously, Heather has worked at Vision Critical and more recently at Firefish where she was Director of Digital. She is a champion for experimentation and change through the use and application of technology and is someone who firmly believes meaningful change can only truly be activated by: a clear strategy, cross-level collaboration, shared culture & values and a hungry ambition.
Heather is also a volunteer, a travel enthusiast, a secret cinema junkie, and a lover of languages (oh and maple syrup).
