Iris is a brand & communications research specialist who has been fortunate to work with some of the biggest and most innovative consumer and technology companies in the UK, Germany and Switzerland.
Before joining Infotools in 2016 as a Client Director designing and overseeing the reporting for Orange and other European clients, Iris has worked for more than 15 years with major global research agencies such as Kantar, Ipsos and GfK.
From these roles, and her first-hand experience as a researcher, she has a deep understanding of existing data analysis and reporting solutions and particularly of the pain points of researchers in a changing and increasingly demanding world of insight generation and visualisation. Being part of this change and providing better solutions and service to research users is what she loves about her work.
