Biography

Amélie has 15 years of experience in market research: she started her career at TNS Sofres and then worked for CRM Metrix / Metrixlab where she was accompanying a portfolio of strategic clients (FMCG, travel, services) on digital problematics. She joined Potentiate/Vision Critical 4 years ago where she acquired the expertise of insight community management. She now manages the EMEA client service team, supporting them helping brands to better understand their customers.
