Dr. Chuck Chakrapani is president of Leger Analytics and a Distinguished Visiting Professor at the Ted Rogers School of Management. He was formerly the CEO of Millward Brown Canada and has held academic positions at the University of Liverpool and London Business School. Chuck has authored several books on marketing research including Practical Marketing Research (2020) and Analytics for Customer Insights (2018) He is a founding board member of the Canadian Analytics and Insights Professionals (CAIP) and the Canadian Research Insights Council (CRIC). He also serves in the board of Marketing Research International Institute (MRII).
